Will Meridian provide me the subsidy if I choose another system (not Allscripts MyWay or Professional, eClinicalworks, or GE Centricity Enterprise)?
A. No. The subsidy for the EHR costs is not available for any EHR system other than Allscripts MyWay or Professional, eClinicalworks, or GE Centricity Enterprise. However, Meridian will provide a subsidy for eligible physicians for allowable costs of an interface to connect their EHR system to the Meridian Health Information Exchange. The amount of the subsidy would be 85% of the costs of the interface up to $2,500.
