Will members have to use NC SmartChoice network of providers?

In order to get full benefits, members will have to use the NC SmartChoice network of providers. If a member receives services outside of the NC SmartChoice network, they will still have coverage, but their benefits will be reduced and they will have to pay more out of pocket.
