If you mean will the disease spread in my body see answer 1. If you mean will it spread in a geographical area, it sure will in those areas with stagnant waters where the bearers aedes egypti mosquito can breed due to lack of fumigation.

It will get worse. Malaria is a cyclic disease. The parasite (Plasmodium) that causes the disease has a very complex life cycle. When it enters into your bloodstream (usually through a mosquito bite) it goes directly to your liver and begin to reproduce in the blood cells. They are then released and the cycle is repeated. So the longer the disease is active the parasites increase in number.
