Will magic users use mana to cast spells?
Many games require fighters to use endurance or stamina for melee moves, while mages often have to use mana or power for their magical moves. In UXO, we dont have different rules for spellcasters vs. melee fighters, which means you dont have to worry about spending one thing on one kind of fighting move, and something else for another. All of the special things you can do in the game, whether theyre magic, melee, or somewhere in between, are called “abilities,” and they all use power, which is a stat derived from the players level, as well as their Constitution and Intelligence.
