Will learning two different versions of sign language as well as two verbal languages confuse a child?

Well I’m deaf with cochlear implants, and I was communicated to in British sign and English verbal when I was learning language. I can hear ok with implants but sign is a precaution. From experience, I think only 1 verbal and sign language is enough to keep her going.
