No — Sunrise and Landrush application records will not be visible in the WHOIS. Auction participants will not be given the identities or contact data for competing auction participants. Only awarded names will be visible in the WHOIS. However, registrars will be able to look up the applications they submitted via EPP and the registry Web Admin Tool.
