Will Knowland Park neighbors and park guests lose viewscapes as a result of the California Trail exhibit?
No. Only one vantage point of the several available in Knowland Park will be shared with the Zoo. At the same time, the California Trail exhibit will open up the Bay view to the more than 600,000 people who visit the Zoo each year, providing an incredible opportunity for people to understand our urban setting and to appreciate protecting the natural world.
