There isn’t any confirmation about a Kingdom Hearts 3 yet, but when it comes, it’ll probably be for PS3. PS2 market is starting to dry up, and it’ll probably be worse by the time it is announced. You should probably get the PS3 if they have a price cut. It is more than worth it. It’ll probably be on PS3 for a chance to have a huge graphical upgrade. If on PS3, there’ll be much more content than Ps2 could’ve managed.
