No. Once you have locked in the names of your references it is your responsibility to follow-up with them to confirm that they have received the online reference forms and to remind them of the submission deadline date. • What if after I “lock in” a reference name I find out that he/she is unable to fill out the online recommendation form or I decide to change the name of the reference, what do I do?
