Noah’s foot pain could soon become a headache for Fantasy owners. Noah sat out Saturday’s game with a sore foot and has been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, an injury that has become very common in the sports world — especially in the NBA over the last few seasons. It is an injury that has affected some players more than others and Fantasy owners will have to pay close attention to how Noah reacts to it. Noah said he’s dealt with foot pain in the past, but never as bad as it got Friday in Phoenix. It’s not an injury that will go away either. Players who deal with this injury generally have to play through the pain and we’ve seen it affect different players in different ways.
