As we know, Jamie Lynn Spears is now engaged to baby-daddy Casey Aldridge. Well, that’s all well and good – but her mom, Lynne Spears (whose penchant for digging for gold amongst her famous daughters would make Heather Mills so proud) been busy planning their prenuptial agreement. According to In Touch Weekly, this does not seem like a big deal to Jamie Lynn Spears, but Lynne insists her daughters’ fortunes must be protected. “The contract is already drawn up and ready to go,” a close source told In Touch. “Lynne’s not sure marriage is a good idea, but she’ll go along with that if that’s what Jamie Lynn wants.
