I don’t think it makes you a bad mother at all. With my first child I didn’t want to breast feed at all. He was 100% bottle fed. With my second one I decided to try breast feeding and it was ok. I did it until I had to have a couple surgeries and couldn’t do it. You are still planning on feeding the baby breast milk, so it’s ok. The baby will still get all the stuff it needs from you.
