There has been theory of reactivating dead cells etc through manipulating the electrical impulses within the body; the ones that stop and cause organ death, theories on regenerating limbs dead cells etc, through learning about certain animals that have these regenerative properties and adopting them to humans; this could tie in to an increased life span, but I highly doubt you could live forever, a process can only be done for so long that it would cause some sort of damage eventually. Organic is fragile and cannot be manipulated with and not gain damage, speaking of organic there could be possibilities of synthetic structures boosting life span, you would have to create a relationship with both essential organic organs and synthetic parts so your body does not resist but engages and so the foreign implants etc will not just become a nuisance.
