Meadowood is located in Bloomington Indiana, at 2455 Tamarack Trail, off the 46 by-pass, by the IU Football Stadium. We are right by the IU Cyclotron facility. See Maps & Directions. Meadowood requires an application fee of $800.00. $500.00 of this fee constitutes a portion of the security deposit and is refundable if you wish to be removed from the waitlist.
