I had to replace a RAM module in my mom’s Dell desktop, and it didn’t void the warranty. In fact, the customer service rep told me to do it. Replacing/upgrading the RAM shouldn’t void the warranty, but you should ask their customer service department first. Also, you might have to use RAM from Dell in order for the warranty to stay intact.
