Will information I give be dealt with in confidence, including that relating to complaints or anti-social behaviour?
Please be assured that any information you give to us, in writing or in person, will be treated in the strictest confidence. It will not be disclosed to another resident or anyone outside the Society without your permission. The only exception to this is where legal action requires disclosure, and if the situation demands we will seek legal advice on disclosure.
