Ceton InfiniTV digital cable tuners will be available for purchase at retail as well as pre-installed by PC OEMs in the future. InfiniTV 4 is available today for pre-order from Fluid Digital and Cannon PC. Note that, with the September 2009 changes related to digital cable tuner requirements on the PC that were announced by Microsoft and CableLabs, consumers can now upgrade existing, compatible Windows 7 PCs to include a digital cable tuner like the Ceton InfiniTV 4. Prior to that change, digital cable tuner products were only supported on PCs designated as “cable ready”.
