Will India face any difficulty in absence of Mahendra Singh Dhoni?
Not a bad team for Dhoni to get injured against, he will miss out on some record but Karthik has had too many chances, to impress anyone, as he is lumbered with the happy responsibility to replace any injured member of the team. But he has a slim chance, if ever, to overthrow Dhoni’s kind of player, who has shut out most of aspiring wicket keepers, at present in India, so Karthik is in no win situation, he should rejoice all the opportunities, he gets to represent India, whenever any one gets injured, had it been anyone else, Virat Kohli is enjoying a similar status in test cricket, so he would have been taking part, instead of Karthik.
I think it’s unfortunate that Dhoni is not playing in the first test but we have quality players to replace him.Dinesh Kartik should be a great replacement.He has kept really well in the matches that he played in Dhoni’s absence and scored runs when needed under pressure.Yes,another chance.Grab it Dinesh and perform well.
