Our patent pending asynchronous method of retrieving comments is highly efficient. In most cases you should not notice any difference in surfing speed. iComment is designed to use very tiny amounts of bandwidth (often less than 1 kilobyte) which are much smaller than the size of a typical web page. If you do experience slowness it may be because of your Internet virus protection is either slowing down surfing in general or is over scanning add-on toolbars, buttons and extensions. Check the virus program’s settings or preferences and make sure it does not interfere with these types of useful add ons. Then check your firewall to make sure that Internet Explorer and its toolbars and extension add ons have full unrestricted access to the Internet.
