Will I still need to use my Citi VISA Debit card Number and ATM PIN to sign-on?
No. The Citi VISA Debit card Number and ATM PIN are only used when you ‘register’, i.e. when you select the user name and password that you want to use as your login. You only need to register once – we do not send your user name or password. Please note that if you subsequently forget your user name or password and need a reminder, you will be asked to provide your ATM PIN.
