Definitely. TONIK is a personal insurance plan not an HMO or PPO. The three plans each offer low-cost access to private physician care and even Hospital stays. Specifically, TONIKs Thrill Seeker and Part Time Daredevil plans both allow for up to four check-up style health maintenance visits each year and its Calculated Risk Taker plans provide for unlimited discounted doctor visits but do cost a little more than the latter two.
