Will I still be able to hang things (plaques, wreaths, plants, etc.) on the exterior wall of my unit once the siding is completed?
To avoid costly permanent damage to the vinyl siding, nails, screws, etc. should never be driven into the exterior of a completed unit. However, the Board recognizes the desire to personalize our units with tasteful decorative items. Therefore, a small square vinyl box will be providing on the front of each unit where a nail or screw can be driven safely, without compromising the vinyl exterior. An additional location to hang items is your wooden privacy fence in back of your unit.
