Will I receive tax information from Yahoo! Contributor Network at the end of the year?
If you earn more than $600 in a tax year you will be issued a U.S. 1099 for earnings reporting. You will need to complete and return an IRS W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Form) and fax or email it to our office. Once we have paid you $500 in a tax year we will suspend your payments until we receive your W-9. To prevent any payment suspension, you are welcome to file your W-9 now. Download the form at http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf and fax it to 1-866-202-0306, or scan it and attach it in an email to contributor-verify@yahoo-inc.com. If you have earned less than $600, it is your responsibility to report your income to the Internal Revenue Service.
