Will i loose weight by eathing kellogs crunchy nut cornflakes?
Most cereals are high in sugar and calories and crunchy nut is one of the worse offenders. If you are trying to eat healthily you should avoid foods like this. They are empty calories and can cause sugar highs and lows which may cause you to eat more during the day. I suggest switching your breakfast to something like porridge, wheatabix, with bananas on it, As for losing weight this is difficult to predict as it depends on your current weight, if you are underweight then you don’t really want to lose weight and will find it difficult to lose more, if you are overweight you’l find that you lose weight on a healthy diet but this will drop off and you’ll need to do more exercise to lose more. Basically what you eat helps with weight loss but is must be combined with other things and depends on your current state of health which we are unaware of here.
