-Go to your iTunes music folder: Music > iTunes for Mac My Documents > My Music > iTunes on Windows usually -copy/backup that folder to your desktop or somewhere safe -reinstall itunes -put folder of music back to place you got it from Or if all your music is on your iPod there are programs that will grab your music off of it back to your computer. Search “ipod rip music” and “mac” or “windows” Or if you lost everything there is a possibility that by using the iTunes Store support page and explaining your situation they will allow you to re-download your music.
