Yes, if you currently are running USPM 2003 or USPM 2007, have a current maintenance contract with iDevFactory and would like to install Idera SharePoint enterprise manager, you will need to obtain a new license. To request a new license, please contact licensing@idera.com. If you currently are running Idera SharePoint security manager, you will not need to update the license keys for the latest version of Idera SharePoint enterprise manager.
