NO. Anyone that uses ServiceMax functionality to transact business will need a subscription to ServiceMax. That typically includes call center & tech support agents, service operations personnel, field technicians, repair center technicians and service management personnel. The rest of the salesforce users in your organization do not need ServiceMax subscriptions.
