Will i find it easy to gain muscle?
Well that’s hard to answer different people gain muscle differently. But based on the picture you seem very healthy and you should be able too. Hit the gym for 3-5 days a week. And don’t over work you muscles for instance make up a workout schedule for me I do Day 1:Bicep & Back w/ abs & jog Day 2:Triceps & Chest w/ abs & jog Day 3:Shoulder & Legs/Butt w/ abs & jog Remember your abs and calves can be worked daily all other muscle groups take about 3-5 days before they can be worked again. But remember to eat well don’t finish a workout at the gym then go home and load up on candy! And you should even consider getting a personal trainer or working out with a buddy who is experienced at this stuff. And don’t expect to work out for one week and expect to see results like that! Although your muscles can be worked after a 3-4 day resting period it takes your muscles 2-5 weeks to fully recover so that is when you will start seeing your results but it will take a couple months to really notic
