Will I continue to receive paper statements once my UniBank eStatement service is set up?
While we anticipate that most eStatement users will prefer to stop receiving paper statements, that choice is up to you. Whenever you go to your eStatements area and close the popup window listing your available eStatements you will see “Attention New eStatement Enrollees” and “Attention eStatement Users” on that webpage. Simply click “Update eStatement Selections” to select each account you wish to receive eStatements and which you want to continue to receive mailed paper statements. For your convenience, eStatements will automatically be available for all of your accounts even if you select Mailed Paper Statement for those accounts.
