The pcbanker Bill Payment Service allows you to make unlimited bill payments without charge. Since the bill payment service can be utilized free of charge, we do require that you make at least ONE (1) bill payment within a 180 day period. If one bill payment is not made within a 180 day period, pursuant to the terms and conditions, your access to the Bill Payment Service will be closed without notice.
