There is never a guarantee that one will have his/her employment pass approved. A foreign entrepreneur who is ready to start a new company / business and will be actively involved in the operation of the company / business in Singapore can apply for an Employment Pass under the EntrePass scheme. At the point of submission for the EntrePass application, the applicant must not have registered his / her business with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) for longer than six months. Applicants are to submit their applications to MOM.
