Having an Israeli stamp in your passport does not matter. The travel restricition to the UAE are only for Israeli citizen. “The Government of the UAE does not allow entry and or transit to nationals of Israel.” Travelling to Israel with an UAE stamp in the passport is not a problem at all. If you should ever travel to any Arab countries where you’ll face problems by having an Israeli visa you can avoid this very easily. “As an allowance to travellers intending to travel at a later date to countries with entry restrictions for visitors to Israel, entry stamps can, on request, be entered only on the entry form AL – 17 and not on the passport. This option is not available to those required to obtain their Israeli visas in advance.” Take care!
