What happens if I lose my password? There is an “email my password” function on the Member Login page of your website. We are unable to personally respond to lost password requests unless you no longer have access to the email address you have on file with us. In that case, you should use the Contact form on the About Us page and, for identification purposes, include your full name and mailing address in your request.
