Yes. Your trunk is fully functional and will open approximately 85% of the way. Will the Lo Pro QT work with a drop in bed liner that goes over the bed rails? Yes, a Lo Pro QT will work with a drop in bed liner that goes over the bed rails. However, installation for this particular application will vary slightly from the normal installation process. Small holes (approximately 2’x4″) would need to be cut in the bed liner where the clamps will be installed. This allows access to the inner lip of the truck bed. If the liner goes over the front bulkhead and creates a radius at the front, you may need to cut slits in the bed liner at the front of the bed to allow the rails to push further forward in the bed.
