Yes, any website can be accessed through this service. This service would be free till 200mb. Once you are through this limit you need to pay Rs2/Kb of data usage. Please note: Accessing a website also comes under data usage. For instance, if you open gmail.com on your browser, the moment the website opens 30kb of data gets downloaded from the Google server. Therefore we suggest you to avoid the same.
