Yes. The members of the HomePlug Powerline Alliance recognize that simultaneous uses of the same powerline for both in-home and to-the-home BPL create the need for a co-existence mechanism that will optimize the user experience for both In-home and BPL users. The HomePlug AV and HomePlug BPL Working Groups are working together to address AV/BPL co-existence. The BPL co-existence mechanism will be an important part of the final HomePlug AV spec.
