Health Canada will accept a Third Party Auditor as an in-house Quality Assurance person for a number of natural health product companies at as long as the person is qualified by training experience and education, and is able to complete the necessary requirements and responsibilities relating to GMPs set out in section 51 of the Natural Health Products Regulations (see question 1 above).
