A. YES. The recommendations we have for women with thick, heavy hair is to choose the Large size when you want to wear ponytails or your hair up in buns, rolls, French Twists, etc. AVOID the Skinny width because it will feel uncomfortably tight in your hair. You’ll also like the MEDIUM size for holding back sections of hair but you won’t be able to put ALL your hair up inside a Medium size.
