There’s fat people because of McDonald’s. And fried chicken. A good way to diet and not ruin your metabolism is to eat every 2&1/2 to 3 hours. Eat things that are about 200 calories every time you eat also. But eat healthy! Eat things like fruits, vegetables, some kind of protein like meats or cottage cheese, healthy fats like nuts or peanut butter. You can have a little bit of sugar everyday, but not too much. Just like the little 100 calorie ding dongs or something. Drink tons and tons of ice water. Dont eat after 7. Make sure your calories are in between 1,200 and 1,500. And exercise! You dont need to exercise everyday, but about an hour every other day would be good. And you should be good to go. I’ve lost 15 lbs doing this.
