Yes, of course- if no-one is able to get full enjoyment out of a game by playing it with friends- there isn’t much motivation to buy new ones- they are losing vast amounts of money-

nope game developers build the games and sell them. and provide DLC on the PSN network. This would actually be a good resting phase for all the online game developers out there cause at least they dont need to monitor the traffic of players getting online and playing games such as black ops or DC online. However they can now concentrate on the ever increasing traffic for Xbox Live and PC where the games they developed will be played there mostly now. But it will all be game on and back to work for them when sunday hits and PSN comes back on.
