Will gaining football like muscle mass hurt my performance in tennis or not?

It depends upon the type of muscle you are building. I think, with tennis, you would want mostly stamina with short bursts of speed. If that is what you are building for football, you should be fine. Buuuut…. if you want to go pro as a tennis player, you may want to focus on that sport. Going pro in any entertainment industry is extremely difficult and requires hours of painstaking practice to build the skills. If football does not interfere with the time requirements and muscles required for tennis skills, than I’d say go for it.

well nobody knows for sure untill you find out… untill u get bigger, play your football and tennis and see if there is any difference… i really doubt weighing a bit more will be a big problem for you… u seem very athletic, very mobile, as football is alot of running and footwork, so that could help…. as long as u still strecth alot, before and after workouts, tennis to ensure your muscles do not tighten up and are flexible… still do some cardio to maintain your cardio leveal..
