Will Ford ever come out with another Lightning?
I could see ford making another lightning. The best part of the lightning for Ford is that they dont have to design another vehical from the ground up to do the lightning, they just have to modify the current single cab F150. They already have the transmission, engine, and supercharger for it (shelby gt 500), from there they would just need to do some basic engine changes with some wider rims/tires, exhaust, and some ground effects. I see the chance of a return for the lightning in the future. I was unable to find any sales numbers online for the lightning, as far as numbers that might indicate if it made ford money or not, but as long as it didnt loose money for ford, I could see it returning.
