Will Flomax side effects go away?
Unfortunately, those are common side effects of Flomax. However, sounds like the doc only prescribed it temporarily for your current situation and that you don’t have to take it for the rest of your life. Once you’ve passed the stone you should be able to quit taking the medicine. Correct? I’m only guessing that’s what the doctor said. I wouldn’t stop taking the medicine just yet. Call your doctor and discuss with him. Let him know you’re having unpleasant side effects and see if he suggests changing to another medicine, for you to stop taking the medicine, or maybe just stick it out until the stone passes. Flomax won’t have any long-term side effects once you stop taking it, so no need to worry about your future family plans. Good luck! And really, talk to your doctor.
