Will FlexPlus Physical Therapy deal directly with my insurance company for payment?
. Yes and No. With the exception of Medicare and HMO patients, our financial relationship is exclusively with you, our patient. As a convenience to you, we will assist you with forms to obtain your reimbursement from your insurance company – both completing the forms and submitting them for you if you desire. However, it is your responsibility to obtain reimbursement and it is your responsibility to pay FlexPlus Physical Therapy for the services and products you have received. Please note that we do offer a discount of about 25% for patients paying for services by cash, credit card or check on the same day that services are rendered.
