Will financial aid help me buy a mac laptop?
I would highly wait untill you find out what the course requires before trying to get a laptop. Don’t just assume it’s all Mac. The publishing world used to be dominated by Macintosh, but I’m starting to slowly see Windows machines creep in as thier prices drop but Mac’s stay a constant high. Most financial aid will have an allowence for supplies, so, depending on what how much you have to spend will determine if you can get a laptop. The student loan I got would of easily paid for a laptop had i needed one.
