Will Fibronol or FibroBoost keep me awake at night?
No. You might expect the opposite result. Even though both products appear to result in added energy and less fatigue in most individuals, it is not a stimulant and has absolutely no caffeine in it. It will tend to help most people achieve better sleep patterns, energy levels and comfort, but it is not an anti-histamine and will not cause, by itself, drowsiness. For the majority of positive responders on Fibronol, the typical patient gained an extra 1-2 hours of sleep/night, with improved quality of sleep (i.e., fewer interruptions, less restlessness, and the ability to achieve deep, REM sleep). Some individuals even experienced much larger gains in both sleep and energy under Fibronol dosing.
