Will Family Physicians/GP MDs become obsolete?

I don’t think they’ll become “obsolete”…. they just need to update every once in a while. Just like upgrading a computer, they need to add new things every so often to keep up with requirements and technology. Hopefully in the near future, “MDs” will have to learn more about natural alternatives to match the population’s inquiries into them. Hopefully they will have to learn all of the “up and coming” things that are being tested and researched right now. Hopefully they will find newer, safer, and better ways of doing procedures… and then DO them. But my biggest hope is that MDs in general will actually realize that they have to take more time to LISTEN to their patients like “in the olden days”. So many doctors have so many problems because they don’t take enough time to listen to the complaints and problems of the patients. I’ve had a couple doctors I’ve talked to that didn’t even listen to all of the symptoms I was having and just wrote out a prescription before he left (shock o
