No. While not every customer is always right, EscrowCard operates with the presumption that the customer is always right. It is for this reason, that since both the Seller and the Buyer are EscrowCard customers, EscrowCard cannot take sides in a Transaction dispute between a Buyer and a Seller. Further, EscrowCard will not attempt to determine if satisfactory delivery has occurred.
