Will EscrowCard intercede in a Transaction?
EscrowCard will intercede in a Transaction only when information is provided and/or obtained and verified by EscrowCard showing that: i) the Seller as filed for bankruptcy; ii) the Seller has been recently shown to have committed fraud on other Transactions; and/or iii) the Seller has generally failed to complete satisfactory delivery in an excessive percentage of Transactions during the previous 60 day period. In the case of a Seller’s bankruptcy, fraud, and/or generalized failure, EscrowCard after attempting to communicate with the Seller, may at its own discretion credit the Buyer’s account irrespective of the Delivery-By-Date, or place a Hold Payment on the Transaction.
