Will EscrowCard close a Users EscrowCard account?
EscrowCard will close the EscrowCard account of any Buyer or Seller that EscrowCard determines in its own judgment has not conducted Transaction in good faith, has had excessive returns, and/or disputes. EscrowCard may, at its discretion, close a User’s account which has a disproportionate share of Transactions associated with allegations of unjustified returns. A Seller that accepts a return and authorizes a refund to the Buyer has the opportunity to make the allegation of an unjustified return on the refund authorization form. EscrowCard may, at its discretion, close the account of a User when verified information is provided and/or obtained by EscrowCard indicating that: i) the User as filed for bankruptcy; ii) the User has been recently shown to have committed fraud on other Transactions; and/or iii) the User has failed to complete an excessive percentage of Transactions during the previous 60 day period.
